Job Description

1) Coordinating with Network Providers
2) Design and preparation of periodic MIS
3) Centrally coordinating the movement of engineers
4) Fulfilling various ad-hoc reporting requirements
5) Coordinating with customers, i.e. dealers & retailers
6) Database maintenance
7) Data Processing and Data Collection
8) Playing major Role in day to day coordination
9) Coordinate with Network Providers to procure, maintain and upkeep the      communication network
10) Reporting directly to the Head of Operation

Qualification and experience requirements
1) Must be a graduate from a reputed institution.
2) Minimum 1 year experience in coordination/MIS generation.
3) Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel.
4) Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
5) Ability to work independently.

Head Operations (Mumbai )

Job Description

1) To manage Service Delivery of the organization.
2) Post commercials actions to implement project in planned manner.
3) To manage a Team of professionals including engineers.
4) Centrally coordinating the movement of engineers.
5) Coordinating with the helpdesk that will work under him/her.
6) Forging alliance with the channel members to ensure ready availability of      service in the market.
7) Playing major Role in Project Management, project planning, material      planning, project execution schedule preparation, project supervision to      handover of project to client.
8) Supervision and coordination of logistic movement of materials.
9) Coordinate with service providers to procure, maintain and upkeep the      communication network.
10) Reporting directly to the CEO.


Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
1) Preferably an engineer with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
2) Must be a team player with excellent communication and man management skill.
3) Ability to work independently.
